Said Rhafiri born and raised in Casablanca Morocco, where he first fell in love with cooking. He would help his mother shop in the markets, daily for the freshest ingredients, and then take their goods home and make all their meals from scratch. He trained in Florence Italy for seven years. He has previously worked for Metropolitan, Keswick Hall, Clifton Inn, Boar's Head Inn and Veritas Winery. He has brought with him his Southern European style to share with everyone.
Aillade is the name used in southern France for two different garlic-based condiments. In Provence, it is garlic-flavored vinaigrette, while in some other areas; it is a form of garlic-flavored mayonnaise. In the latter meaning, it is a synonym for aioli.
